On July 10, 2026, we welcomed a customer from Thailand to our company. The client initially inquired about our truck-mounted cranes via Alibaba earlier this year and successfully placed an order for crane booms. After the deal was closed, the customer expressed interest in visiting our company, and we arranged the visit accordingly.

Before the visit, we confirmed the customer's itinerary, arranged pickup, and prepared all relevant product materials and documents in advance to ensure a smooth experience.

On the morning of July 9, we picked up the customer at the airport and escorted them to our office. We gave a brief introduction to our company history and export cases, followed by detailed discussions about the current order and future order requirements. We then enjoyed a friendly lunch together and sent the customer back to their hotel afterwards. Special thanks to our colleagues Marie and front desk staff Alin for their great support in preparing the meeting room.

After the visit, we are now organizing quotation documents and technical summaries based on the client's feedback. Our team will continue to follow up closely to finalize the details and maintain a strong partnership with this customer.
