On 15 September 2025, CATERBE welcomed a client from Colombia who travelled to China with the intention of purchasing excavators. To ensure a smooth and productive visit, our team made thorough preparations in advance, including arranging the required documentation, confirming the client’s schedule, and organising both office meetings and factory visits.

The client had been following HYUNDAI excavators for some time. After receiving our quotation and maintaining consistent communication, they informed us of their upcoming trip to China. Taking this opportunity, we invited the client to visit our Shanghai office for in-depth discussions covering product specifications, service terms, and potential long-term cooperation.

The highlight of the visit was a factory tour at HYUNDAI, where the client observed the production process and inspected the excavators at close range. The modern manufacturing facilities and strict quality-control procedures made a strong impression, further strengthening the client’s confidence in HYUNDAI products and in working with SKYMARD through CATERBE.

Following the factory visit, both sides also discussed transportation and logistics solutions to support the client’s project requirements in Colombia. We will continue to maintain close communication and actively promote the progress of this cooperation.
